BRANDING PACKAGES

designed just for you

We go more in-depth than just deciding what colors to use. Together we'll create a toolkit of head-turning visual elements that your audience can't ignore.

Our process has been refined over the years - organized to guide you through the design process and to allow us to truly understand the heartbeat of your business. You can rest easy knowing that your quality of service is going to be communicated through your custom-designed logo and brand elements while standing out from your competition. Perhaps most importantly, you'll be fully equipped to keep your brand looking its best over the long haul... whether that means doing it yourself of outsourcing it with ease.

Timeline: 4-6 weeks   |   Investment: Packages start at $925

All branding packages include:
  • Brand positioning questionnaire
  • Moodboard
  • 1 Primary logo
  • 1 Secondary logo
  • Submark
  • Color palette
  • Font selections
  • File formats: .jpg, .eps, .png, .pdf
  • Brand user guide

We're visual learners too!

Here are some examples of the our branding packages in action:

Moodboard

Early in the design process, we'll create a moodboard like this one to make sure we are interpreting your words into the correct visual direction.

Primary Logo

We design the logos to be used with or without a tagline. You'll get the final files of all logos, variations and submarks in the 4 most commonly used file types (jpg, eps, png, pdf). We also like to include color variations for use on light and dark backgrounds.

Secondary Logo

Typically this is a logo in a different orientation so you are not limited by the proportions of the primary logo. If your first logo is taller than wide, then we'll work up a secondary logo that is more landscape in layout.

Submark

The submark is a less detailed version of your logo that can represent your brand in a very small space. Great for Instagram profile images, favicons at the top of web browsers, watermarks, etc.

Color Palette

We'll provide you with all the specific colors to be used in your brand so you can take the guesswork out of it. Color codes are provided for print and digital use.

Font Selections

Brand packages will include font pairings. Some fonts require paid user licenses but we'll chat with you ahead of time to determine what works for your budget and if a paid license is required.

Brand User Guide

At the end of the project, you will receive a handy 14-15 page document that details all of the specifics about your brand (colors, fonts, logo variations, etc). You can use this as a guide to keep your brand looking consistent and to streamline the process for creating any other branded materials.

Here’s what others have asked:

Can you design just a logo?

There is a process behind logo design and that is the foundation of our branding packages. We have been working with small and medium businesses for 9 years and have used that experience to carefully design these packages to meet the necessities without extras that increase the price. We do not offer logo design outside of these packages.

What types of clients do you work with?

Our services are best suited for small (to medium) businesses in a service industry, who are looking for brand visuals that speak to those they serve. We are most excited to help business owners who feel at a loss when it comes to the creative process. We've worked with clients in a wide range of industries: beauty, consulting, education, food service, health and wellness, public service, real estate, and more!

Can we work together even if we don't live in the same town?

Absolutely! A large portion of our clients work with us remotely. We have an easy-to-use tool that makes communication, file sharing and collaboration a breeze! It is likely that we will have a few phone calls or virtual meetings during your project.

I'm just starting out. Can't I DIY my logo?

You could, however, we recommend that you budget to bring in a professional as early as possible to avoid any costly changes down the road. We've worked with many small businesses that needed to rebrand to a more professional look after they had already invested in costly signage, uniforms, packaging materials, etc. We also worked with businesses who were stuck with files that didn't meet their technical needs.

We're happy to schedule a free consult call to talk through your specific situation to see if Pine & Pixels is a good fit.

How do I know if I'm ready to invest in a brand?

Our branding packages are best suited for service-based businesses who have an understanding of their target audience and what makes them stand out from their competition. We would love to discuss this further during our free consult call so we can answer this question with your specific situation in mind. We LOVE small businesses and only want to enter into a project together when both parties are confident it is the best next step!

Will I receive editable files?

Of course! We always provide our clients with the native Adobe files for branding projects.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes! We request a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in the booking calendar. Your total invoice will be broken into 2-3 payments.
